These processes lower PLC repair turnaround time to days, not weeks. Our repair technicians have over 50 combined years of experience with PLC repairs, HMI repairs, and other electronic part repairs. To ensure quality and reliability of our PLC Repairs, we offer extensive testing to manufacturers’ specifications on all GE, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and other manufacturers parts that we repair. All of our re-manufactured and repaired parts come with a 2-year warranty.

All of our repair technicians and everyone performs who remanufactured work for Qualitrol are IPC-certified. This hands-on, intensive course prepares all of the technicians at Qualitrol to confidently assist you.

Further, all of our technicians are qualified to handle electronic board work. We guarantee our board work—in fact, our guarantee extends beyond the precise work we do, to cover the entire board. If we fix one part of the board, and you are still having problems, don’t hesitate to call us. We’ll fix whatever else is wrong as well, all under the original warranty.

All of our technicians have access to our full set of build books and documentation on everything Qualitrol services. Additionally, for many GE and other OEM parts, we are the only repair center to have the original factory testing equipment.
