What is live chat?
Live chat allows you to chat with an experienced customer service representative in real time. Available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST-GMT, Monday to Friday, using your Web browser. This means that there are no delays in getting the help you need. To chat, simply click on a Customer Service Live Chat icon and a small window will pop upon your screen. After a moment, a representative will introduce him- or herself. Type in your question, hit the Submit button and begin your conversation. Remember, unlike email, there are no delays with live chat, so you receive an immediate answer.
