The LMI Technologies 311320C-3R-01-S Model 1320 Gocator is a high-speed smart laser displacement sensor, used as a distance-measuring device. The Gocator integrates into existing systems and delivers ranges over Ethernet, analog, serial, or Selcom interface.

The Gocator 1320 samples at a 32kHz scan rate at the highest resolution over a large measurement range (up to 2,000mm). These sensors are ideal for dimensional and surface roughness measurements. Single-sensor systems do not require any additional controllers or PCs. Gocator systems can scale to multiple sensors using LMI Master hubs. Masters take care of power distribution, laser safety interlock, I/O handling, and microsecond synchronization. 

Gocator's built-in GUI allows for flexible configuration of range settings using any web browser, computer, or operating system. 

Gocator Repair Service Level 1 includes:

  • External components replaced, as required
  • 6-month warranty
  • Move to Level 2 repair if internal damage is present due to broken connector/window
