Description

The LMI Technologies 312880D-3R-R-01-T Model 2880 Gocator is a 3D smart line profile sensor that provides reduced occlusion with built-in dual cameras. It is designed for high speed and low latency and can be set up and controlled via a web browser. The sensor includes built-in tools with no programming and an open-source SDK.

The 2880 Gocator is designed to scan large objects with complicated shapes. Single sensors require no additional controllers, amplifiers, or PCs to operate, and can scale to a multiple-sensor network using LMI Master hubs. Masters take care of distribution, laser safety interlock, encoder and digital input handling, and microsecond synchronization.

Standardized cabling and the 500mm unit size simplify mounting and system integration. Gocator's built-in Graphical User Interface (GUI) allows for flexible configuration of profiling settings and measurement tools using any web browser, computer, or operating system.

Gocator Repair Service Level 1 includes:

  • Device cleaned and visually inspected for damages
  • Device verified for operation and accuracy
  • External components replaced, as required
  • 6-month warranty
  • Move to Level 2 repair if internal damage is present due to broken connector/window

Gocator Repair Service Level 2 includes:

  • All Level 1 repairs
  • Internal components replaced, as required
