The GE-Emerson IC660TSD020 Genius Terminal Assembly was purposefully designed and manufactured to serve as a cost-effective wiring connection solution for a diverse range of industrial automation devices. It features 16 separate screw-type terminal connection points, each specifically designed for connecting external sensors, actuators, solenoid valves, relays, limit switches, level switches, and pressure switches. Each of the 16 individual circuits in the module is equipped with its own LED indicator, which illuminates when a connection is established with that particular circuit. 

The module's diagnostics feature is active during both its operation and startup, enabling it to detect runtime errors. Additionally, the IC660TSD020 module is equipped with a heat dissipation rating of 68.8 Watts.

The module's output diagnostics have the capability to identify various conditions, such as short circuits, overloads, no load, failed switches, and overtemperature occurrences. It is important to ensure that the installation environment's temperature falls within the range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius.
