Remanufactured GE-Emerson IC660ELD100 Genius I/0 Terminal Assembly Block

The GE-Emerson IC660ELD100 Genius I/0 Terminal Assembly Block consist of a single group containing 8 discrete circuits, designed to function at a nominal 115 volts AC. Each circuit can be configured as either an input, a tristate input, or an output. The block's control power is derived from the input/output device voltages connected to the terminals, eliminating the requirement for a separate block power supply.

In each circuit, there is electronic fusing that triggers an immediate shutdown if the output current surpasses 30 amps during turn-on or 20 amps after 2 cycles, with a response time of 5µS. Restoration of the circuit can be effortlessly initiated either through a command from a hand-held monitor or the CPU. Additionally, fault reporting can be enabled or disabled on a circuit-by-circuit basis.

This block is compatible with the hand-held Monitor model IC660HHM501. It can also be used with IC660HHM500, though HHM501 is necessary to modify the baud rate configuration or configure the block for redundancy. These blocks can be employed alongside any GE Fanuc bus controller, PCIM, or QBIM module.
