The GE-Emerson IC660TBD110 Genius Terminal Assembly is a terminal block designed for a 16-circuit terminal assembly. It is powered by a 115 Volts AC voltage supply, and the circuits within the assembly are discrete. Each circuit within the terminal assembly is isolated from one another, and the isolation voltage rating for this isolation is 1500 Volts rms. 

During regular operation, when all 16 inputs are active, the terminal dissipates 28 Watts of heat. The terminal frequency, with all 16 circuits active, ranges between 47 and 63 Hertz. To function properly, the terminal requires 80 milliamps of block current along with an additional 200 milliamps of input circuit current. The power supply experiences a dropout with each cycle.

The IC660TBD110 terminal block is equipped with diagnostic features capable of detecting both open wire and short circuit situations in the terminal. Additionally, the alarm function can be configured to sound alarms for various events as specified by the operators. In the event of open wire detection, three voltage levels are activated to sense the on, off, or open wire conditions.
