The LMI Technologies 312340D-3R-R-01-T Model 2340 Gocator is a 3D smart line profile sensor pre-calibrated to scan micron-level details. The sensor can be set up and controlled via a web browser, includes built-in tools, requires no programming, and includes an open-source SDK.

The Gocator 2300 sensors measure micron-level features leveraging megapixel resolution while maintaining large fields of view, and can screen parts for very small defects. Single sensors require no additional controllers, amplifiers, or PCs, and can scale to multiple sensors using LMI Master hubs. Masters take care of power distribution, laser safety interlock, encoder and digital input handling, and microsecond synchronization.

The Gocator's small footprint and <1.5kg weight make it ideal for fitting into tight spaces and mounting onto robotic arms. The built-in GUI allows for flexible configuration of profiling settings and measurement tools using any web browser, computer, or operating system.
