Standard SLC 500 input and output modules can be installed with this fixed-style hardware. When used with this controller, specialty and intelligent modules can be installed in slot 1 or 2. SCADA and HMI systems and devices can communicate with the processor, and the controller can exchange data with PLC 5 controllers alongside a 1747-DCM.
