The GE-Emerson IC220MDL721 VersaPoint Positive Logic Output Module is used to output 24VDC digital signals. The module requires one terminal strip, sold separately. It includes connections for two 24V digital actuators, and allows for connection of 2-, 3-, and 4-wire actuators. The outputs include short-circuit and overload protection, and the module includes diagnostic and status indicators. To provide electrical isolation between the logic level and the I/O area it is necessary to supply the bus terminal and the digital output module using the bus module or a power terminal from separate power supply units. Interconnection of the 24V power supplies is not allowed.
