Returned Goods Policy
Qualitrol can accept, for exchange or return, only items purchased directly from Qualitrol within the last 90 days that are unused and in their original unopened packaging.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25–30% of the purchase price. Non-stock or special order items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be shipped prepaid via a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Procedure
A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. Please contact our sales team to request one before shipping any items back.
